Girls Going Places® Program
The Girls Going Places® Program was created in 1999 by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) to educate young women about the financial and entrepreneurial opportunities available to them. Girls Going Places® Entrepreneurship Conferences are designed to encourage financial literacy and educate teen girls about starting businesses, managing personal finances, and the advantages of business ownership, entrepreneurship and financial independence. Sponsored nationally by Guardian, Girls Going Places® conferences are planned and hosted by Guardian general agencies in various cities throughout the year.
